What does this vacancy entail?

As a customer service representative, you'll be the beating heart of our internal service. You'll provide excellent support and follow-up to our customers and suppliers. Your diverse tasks will include:

• B2B communication: managing phone and email correspondence with prospects and customers.
• Order management: tracking orders and keeping customers informed of their status.
• Preparing quotes: creating accurate quotes for our customers.
• Sales support: assisting our external sales team.
• Handling complaints: professionally and efficiently managing complaint cases.
• Administrative support: providing occasional administrative assistance to our internal departments.
• Reception: welcoming customers and suppliers with a radiant smile.
• Teamwork: working closely with your colleagues and having a commercial flair.

Who is the ideal candidate for this vacancy?

We're looking for a motivated colleague who perfectly complements our great team. Do you also recognize yourself in the description below? Then we need to meet urgently.

• Language and communication skills: you're communicatively strong and speak fluent Dutch, French, and English.
• Diplomacy and problem-solving skills: you're tactful and think in terms of solutions.
• Multitasking: you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of the big picture.
• Experience: preferably, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
